A man in his 40s and three children stuck in the difficult terrain of Mount Kebnekaise. Alpine rescuer is on his way to the scene.
Police received Monday evening alarms from a man in his 40s. Together with three children aged 10, 16 and 17 years, he had stuck in the difficult rocky terrain on Mount Kebnekaise.
– They had made a wrong turn and ended up a bit mad. It is really difficult terrain where up and was getting a little tired, says Anders Calderäng, duty officer at the police in Norrbotten.
According to the police is not damaged , but the group has difficulty Getting from the site on their own.
Alpine mountain rescuers and a police helicopter is on its way to rescue.
– I’ve talked to people and they are asked to lie down and then take it easy, says Calderäng.
