Today is determined Chairman of the battle in the Sweden Democrats Stockholm District. The battle is between the SDU Vice President William Hahne and current President Maria Danielsson.
Maria Danielsson has support from leading representatives of the Sweden Democrats, while challenger William Hahne has long been in conflict with the party leadership. He was sacked from the party secretariat after having supported Erik Almqvist after the so-called “iron pipe scandal”. Hahne is now subject to an exclusion investigation, led by the party member committee, after being accused of having used a membership in an improper manner, writes Aftonbladet.
William Hahne writes on his Facebook page that the exclusion of the matter one way from the party leadership to try to stop his president candidacy in Stockholm city.
“There is no doubt that this is done in direct order to try to influence the outcome in SD Stockholm’s annual meeting on Sunday.”
