A dozen people, according to police “hit” and a person is clamped.

– There is a certain level difference from the ground up to the entrance, about two meters, says Marcus Grahn, duty officer at the police in
Västernorrland. 
A dozen people are “affected”, police said.
– Two have been reported injured. One of them has been clamped. The other one has minor injuries, says Grahn.
