Police: We’ve turned upside down town – Helsingborgs Dagblad

The arrest of the three men took place at 22 o’clock in Kungsladugård in western Gothenburg on Thursday evening. Police stopped a car on a street. Why the car was stopped do not want Björ Blixter say. Nor what kind of weapons that were in the car.

The bloody shooting incident on Wednesday night took place inside a restaurant at Vårväderstorget in the Bishop’s Palace. Two young men were killed and dozens injured when the perpetrators opened fire with automatic weapons. Police described the shooting as completely ruthless.

On Friday, the low eight people remain in hospital. All are males aged 20-60 years. No one considered longer have life-threatening injuries.

– There is absolutely innocent who have suffered here, which is not at all been targeted, says Björ Blixter.

The shooting is assumed to be related to a conflict between criminal gangs in Gothenburg. There are witnesses told that the perpetrators, who were at least two and masked, filmed his victims with cell phone immediately after the attack, according to multiple media.

The police have put a lot of resources to find the perpetrators and tasks include knocking on doors , house searches, technical investigation and hearing of witnesses and the victim.

– We know a lot about these criminal gangs. Both of where they are and what vehicles they have. We grope not blindly, says Björ Blixter.

The two murder victims was a 20-year-old man, who according to data in multiple media should not have any connection to the criminal world, but only at the restaurant for to buy food, and 25-year-old who is known by the police in the past. According to media reports are suspicions that it was the 25-year-old who was the target of the attack. He pointed out as frontman of a criminal association in southern Bishop’s Palace.
