It became a legal U-turn in the murder case in which a 23 year-old stabbed to death in Karlskoga in June last year.
Örebro District Court acquitted the first two men and judged that it was not possible to determine that it was one of those who dealt the fatal blow off the music bar, reports SVT Tvärsnytt. The DNA was found on the murder weapon was not enough as proof.
Now make a unanimous Göta Court of Appeal an entirely different
assessment and sentence a 24-year-old to 15 years in prison for murder and a 23 year old to three years in prison for aggravated manslaughter and abetting aggravated assault.
