Drama when Yara’s killer came to the court of appeal – Helsingborgs Dagblad

The film gets the audience in the Court of Appeal did not see, it is shown behind closed doors. But the chief prosecutor Pernilla Astrom shows a transcript of the dialogue is heard on the recording:

He: Why are you doing? Tell me why did you do it?

She: Okay. Okay.

He Is there any man who strikes another in this way? It’s a child.

She: That’s it. We will not let anyone else come between our lives. Come Yara, drink now.

When the police twenty minutes come to the site are finding a badly beaten eight-year-old girl who lacks both heart rate and breathing.

Yara Alnajjar were sent by their parents in Gaza Sweden in February 2013. On May Day Eve 2014 found the then eight-year-old girl’s death with his uncle in Karlskrona.

In October, was charged uncle and his wife for murder in agreement. The woman was sentenced to life imprisonment for murder. The man was sentenced to six years in prison for extremely aggravated assault and manslaughter.

The district court found that the woman blow to Yara’s head, legs, feet, arms, hands and torso led to the girl’s death. For man’s part is all the debt that he, in his guarantor position for Yara, not protected her from the violence.

The prosecutor has appealed. Yara’s uncle must have known what was going on that night. And he made no attempt to stop the beating. Why should he be convicted of murder.

Blood and hårtussarna are everywhere, and we understand why the prosecutor takes us on this macabre picture hiking. No one who was in this small apartment may have missed that Yara was beaten to a pulp.

Eighty small bloodstains on plastic bags in the closet have been analyzed. “Blodstänken deemed to have occurred when the victim … have been coughing sneezing frustat out blood that has been in the respiratory tract,” write the investigators.

As if Yara sat crouched while she was beaten, according blood image analysis.
