12-year-old boy was raped in a forest – Aftonbladet

The two men lured the 12-year-old in a forest.

Then they raped him while they filmed parts of the assault.

today sentenced the men to two years in prison and deportation for aggravated rape of children and child pornography.

It was January 4, 2016 that the rape took place in a forest in connection to an accommodation for unaccompanied refugee children in Alvesta.

the victim, an unaccompanied boy aged 12, was assaulted by the culprits in a grove. He was beaten and raped by both of them.

The boy asked them all the time to stop.

Afterward told the men to him that he could not tell if it has happened to someone.

But once back at home saw staff that the boy looked upset.

When they brought him in for talks, he told me what had happened and the police were alerted.

the evidence included a cut scene, filmed by the perpetrators, which shows a part of the crime. The prosecution therefore also for child pornography offenses.

In addition to the mobile movie was also DNA evidence against the men.

The culprits are both citizens of Afghanistan and one of them denies rape and blames the other sentenced man. The other recognizes parts and says he could not stop despite the victim’s protests.

– The devil had gone out of me, he said in court.

They say themselves that they are 15 and 16 year but the prosecution believe that they are in fact older than that.

– This has been a dental x-ray showing that they are over 18 years. But it is also about other investigative tasks, such as what they represented in social media and how they look, the prosecutor Emma Berger said earlier.

One of the accused has on his Facebook stated that he was born in 1997. the second he was born in 1971.

But both deny being so old.

in the District Court yesterday to read that the law does not believes that men’s age is to clarify fully the information available, but so are many indications that they are older than they stated that the two men should be sentenced under the age of 18 years.

the victim must however be aged 12 and fled alone from Afghanistan through Iran and through Europe last year.

His family is still there.

That he was placed on a HVB- home to much older unaccompanied refugee is something that both the staff of the accommodation responded, as Alvesta.
They reported the incident to themselves to the Agency for health care (IVO) under the lex Sarah.

“Very trauma to process”

HVB home lacks actually authorized to receive such a young person, but the municipality writes in the report that it was difficult to quickly find another accommodation when the municipality during the fall appropriated so many unaccompanied refugee children.

the young boy shared the room with one of the now accused young men and, according to IVO-notification have been subjected to an attempted rape earlier that he was not told about the staff.

– My client is in security now, he is not left on the place where the incident occurred. He is not willing to talk much about his mood. As unaccompanied refugee he escaped from much misery and so much trauma to process, and it was not improved by this. But he feels nevertheless the circumstances reasonably well, the boy’s courtroom clerk, attorney Gunnar Larsson said earlier.
