The so-called gryningspyromanens parole from prison on April 3 has been postponed for 23 days.
It confirms his lawyer Viktor Svartz for the Evening Post in online. The newspaper has previously reported that the release would probably be postponed because of the total of 17 warnings that the 52-year-old man pulled on while in prison.
He was sentenced in 2011 to an eight-year fängelsestraf for aggravated arson in an apartment block central Ystad. None of the residents were injured in the fire.
The 52-year-old has previously been convicted in a court of another arson, but was acquitted by the Court of Appeal. He has also been sentenced to three years in prison for attempted aggravated arson. The epithet dawn arsonist, he received since he suspected of numerous arson attacks, most in southern Skåne.
