Dalarna newspapers that tell of the woman’s wacky journey home. She would, according to the notification, ARN, get to Stockholm from Vansbro, first by bus and then train. But she took the wrong bus and ended up in Salen. On location in Salen she ordered instead a taxi directly to Arlanda airport, a journey of nearly five hours. Direct the morning after she namely put on a plane to Israel to attend a training session.
The taxi driver promised to drive her to Arlanda, but wanted to be paid in advance as the woman handed over her credit card. But she had a cold and slept heavily in the taxi. Several hours later she woke up – in the emergency department at Mora hospital. There she had, without waking, skiing ambulance right from Malung.
The cab driver understanding that the woman had suffered a stroke and had therefore alerted the ambulance. Completely wrong, says the woman.
8500 crowns was pulled from her credit card for the trip. She has already managed to get back half, but has now turned to ARN to get everything back. There was also no trip to Israel – or any training.
