That’s according to Anders Lindberg, Communications Manager at LKAB, four employees in LKAB has consciously tried to hide a sleeping area so as not to be discovered by others. Lindberg will not say how it was discovered or the work space is in the interests of those involved.
– We have announced two employees of dismissal and two have resigned themselves. The basis is that they are guilty of breach of employment contract and slept as they would have worked. The four have admitted to sleeping at work, says Lindberg.
There are according to Lindberg, no more suspicion of having slept in the space.
– To rest during the break is okay, and may even be good. But now they slept on time they will work, and want to sleep away the day might not have the right job. But ultimately, we can also be self-critical, it is something that does not work in the workplace where the employees do not want to work, he said.
The event throws according to Lindberg a shadow over all employees within LKAB.
