Per-Arne Frisk (S) new slip – called modular housing for “negerby” – Sundsvall Tidning

It was two years ago that Per-Arne Frisk was in trouble. He then urged not to give money to beggars begging when, according to him would be organized.

There was such an uproar that the Prime Minister Stefan Löfven roared back against his party colleague.

Now he has made a new violation.

SVT writes that social welfare committee chairman in Timra, in a meeting with the provincial government, called the planned modular accommodation Bergeforsen, for unaccompanied refugee children, for “negerby” .

Something must have caused the rancorous atmosphere according to meeting participants as they had been in contact with.

– I tried to find the right words. I wanted to say that if you collect all in one place as in a ghetto there will be no integration, and that was when I did not get the right words that did negro villages. It would have been a spiteful mood I do not understand, something like this happened, I said Frisk to SVT.

The reason for the meeting was that the provincial government withdrew the building permit for the planned modular housing. Something that the meeting would sort it out.

The County Governor Gunnar Holmgren had given the promise to submit a new planning permission so that the modules will not stand empty. Something that would cost taxpayers 200,000 per month.
