MP-politician calls for municipal money – Västerbotten Courier

Push to about ten billion to the municipalities and counties that received the most refugees. That is the message to the government from several of the Green Party’s heaviest local politicians Daily News talked to.

– We must be notified in the spring budget that we get more money. Can not wait until this fall. It should be even clearer than in the fall that we who have received most refugees will receive the money, says Karolina Forest (MP), Mayor of Malmö, to DN.

If there is no extra money in the spring budget in April, it be up to date with local and regional taxes, writes DN, although several of the respondents MP politicians shy away from saying it.

– If we do not get money from the state to the land that we must raise the tax, says Anders Åkesson (MP), Regional Council of Skåne and member of the party.
