Two women, 70 and 75 years old, were subjected on Sunday evening for a purse snatching of four boys of 14-15 years of age. One woman was dragged down into the ground and then receive a plurality kicks.
– It is terrible. I do not think they even dare to show themselves out. It is pitiful to embark on defenseless people, says Ivan Aslund, at Västmanland police.
The woman who was beaten broke one leg and the other woman has received injuries on his back and one elbow.
A witness alerted police to the scene, but the boys managed to run away. Police searched for them with the dog and then managed to find one woman’s belongings in a grove nearby.
A half hour after the beating, which occurred at 19:30 pm, was attacked by a younger woman of several boys with the same description. But a witness intervened and managed to scare them away, police said.
