At half past one o’clock on Monday, reports came of the IKEA store in Västerås had been evacuated and that both the police and ambulances were on Location.
Police confirmed media information: A man and a woman has died of knife wounds inside the store.

At 21 o’clock the police announced that a technical examination of the site was completed. Thus lifted the cordon.
The police will have a team in place Tuesday to answer questions, and to receive any additional testimony.
