A car has driven into the river Tidaholm and according SOS were two people in the vehicle. Emergency services and ambulance has been called.

The alarm that a car drove into the river Tidan in Tidaholm Västra Götaland County came shortly after two o’clock on Monday. Two people were in the car when it drove into the river.

Emergency services, ambulance and police have been at the scene, but what caused the accident is unclear.

– Two people, the elderly, have been transferred to Skövde Hospital, says Stefan Gustafsson, police spokesman in the western region.
