The mother wanted the man who followed and raised her son also legally would be a father to him.
But the district court did not find that the mother and the man was not married and that this was necessary because both would be as parents, reports P4 Skaraborg.
The son is now an adult and, according to the national register only one parent – adoptivpappan.
