Powerful explosion outside the apartment building – Swedish Radio

An explosion occurred shortly before half past four in a night outside an apartment block on Augustenborg in Malmö. Several windows were smashed in an apartment but no one was hurt.

According to Martin Carlsson, county spokesman at Skåne police, it qualifies for a sharp detonation. He says there is currently no known threat against the residents of the apartment.

The police are now making a technical study of the place and hear witnesses.

The event is classified as devastation endangering the public.
