A former president of the municipally owned port company GREFAB in Gothenburg has been reported to the police by the Board for gross breach of trust. According to the notification, the CEO without consulting the Board have made investments around a marina for just over 2.5 million, writes Göteborgs-Posten.
Prosecutor John Udén the preliminary investigation.
– I have launched a preliminary investigation and will work with the investigator to have a meeting with representatives of the Board in the next week, he says to the GP.
It reported the CEO has previously rejected allegations from the current management that the company mishandled.
