There is no advantage in early grades, a review of national and international ratings research submitted to the National Institute today, writes Swedish newspaper Svenska Dagbladet.
Low-performing students who received grades in year six performed worse than those who did not receive grades, while high-performing students were not significantly affected, according to the study.
