The 20-year-old man, arrested suspect in the fatal shooting in Eslöv at the weekend, has been requested under arrest on suspicion of murder. Detention hearing held in the afternoon in Lund District Court.
The murder victim, a 27 year old man, was shot to death last Saturday outdoors in the middle of Eslöv. Several people witnessed the attack.
After the murder arrested two persons in their absence. One was arrested the following day, interrogated but was waived after the murder investigation. Twenty-year-old was arrested Monday night in a holiday home area in Sjöbo. He denies the offense.
One of his comrades suspected of protecting criminals but was released after a brief detention at large.
