– There’s a giant wide spread and that is how we want it to be. The mixture is incredibly important, says Sandra Ehne.
This year’s parade also hit a record in the number of registered vehicles, with 175 pieces, of which 71 vehicles. Several heavy politicians were in the procession, including the Green Party Gustav Fridiolin and Åsa Romson, Labour Minister Ylva Johansson (S) and the Conservative Party Anna Kinberg Batra.

– I’m going to show support for all the things Pride stands for, he said.
Also for Linn Walfridson was the premiere .
– For me it’s about showing that all people are equal regardless of how or who you love. Show support for love in general.
Scandinavia’s largest Pride Parade involves one of the most challenging days of the Stockholm police. Several other events that took place during the day around the county increased the burden further.
But on Saturday afternoon when the parade had started to subside only had a few minor incidents reported.
A group adolescents, according to a ingringare burned a rainbow flag at Karlaplan earlier in the day. But when the notifier called in was all over played, which meant that the police could never confirm this.
The second concerned a smaller counter-demonstration at Skeppsholmsbron.
– They were 10-15 pieces demonstrated just after half past one. They had black flags, megaphones and a sign that read “Protect the nuclear family” and a crossed rainbow flag, says Eva Nilsson at Stockholm police.
As the demonstrators did not have any permission to demonstrate they were assigned to a location outside the Grand Hotel.
– But it went quiet about it. Eventually there will be a notification of unlawful demonstration, says Eva Nilsson.
