An anonymous notification had been received that a man had cats trapped in the trunk of his car, and two inspectors therefore went to the man’s home in Tranemo in western New York.
On site, they opened the car trunk space despite the man’s protests. Indeed, there were two cats alive in the hot trunk, and it smelled strongly of urine and feces.
The man pushed away when the inspector and ran from the scene. He sought now and the provincial government consider the matter as urgent.
The suspect has previously received several subpoenas after he mishandled animals he had in his possession.
