Polismördaren Jackie Arklöv appeal the Örebro district court decision to reject his application for a fixed penalty, writes Corren.
as late as in december, the district court dismissed his request to livstidsstraffet converted to a fixed penalty. The reasons were the risk that All shall relapse into serious crime and that the sanctions in relation of the crimes he committed are so high.
Arklöv has now appealed the decision to the Göta court of appeal.
