In november, stated the Lund district court ruled that the woman was guilty of having killed the man, but only now, after the woman has undergone a large psychiatric examination, the district court took a position as regards the penalty and the legal classification of the offence.
It was in april of last year that the police was alerted to the dwelling. The woman claimed then that persons unknown have broken into the couple’s apartment. There they found the police, the deceased spouse and the suspicion was directed quickly towards the woman. The man had been stabbed to death with a sharp object, most likely while he slept.
