Two women and two boys, one and four years old, were injured when a driverless car rolled down a hill and drove them in Gränna. The younger boy was seriously injured.
– It’s a car that has been in motion for unknown reasons. Before it was two women who had brought a stroller with two small children, so they were hit, said the rescue Christian Falk said.
All four were taken to hospital, the two women and the eldest boy with minor injuries. The one-year None were seriously injured, police said.
– We have launched a preliminary investigation and have the car impounded. It leans against the crime of becoming reckless driving, or bodily injury, says Lasse Johansson, duty officer at the police in Jönköping.
The police will also conduct a technical examination of the car to see if any error may have caused the accident.
