Sweden’s first “ölhotell” opens – Västerbotten Courier

The trend to brew their own beer seems to continue. But all may not have the desire or the opportunity to get involved with malt beverage at home in their home. Therefore, now has a ölhotell opened in Lund, reported Sydsvenskan.

There may be brewing hungry customers a place to dock and help with equipment and expert help, but the actual brewing process must be done entirely by customers. Otherwise it would be illegal operations.

According to the responsible project manager Anne-Lie Adielsson the hotel is the first of its kind in Sweden. There are some microbreweries which offer the ability to brew their own beer, but then they should not bring their bottles home.
