The wife of the man who was sentenced to life imprisonment for the murder of Lisa Holm claiming damages by the state since she among other things been subjected to threats. The woman who for ten days in police custody on suspicion of protecting the criminals want compensation for the false imprisonment but also the threat that she claims has been the consequence of the designation, writes Skaraborg Lans Tidning.
In the claims, sent the attorney General JK, says the woman’s lawyer Peter Falck that the case has been unusually great impact both in Sweden and in her native Lithuania.
