A 18-year old man has been arrested on probable cause suspected of rioting and attempt to violence against officials in connection with the fracas in the area Hässleholmen in Borås in Tuesday night, when a police officer also stabbed.
Another man, 21 years old, had requested custody on suspicion of rioting and assaulting a police officer that same evening, but Borås district court decided to release him.
detainees are not accused of knife attack on police. According to information provided to P4 Sjuhärad police have no suspect for the crime.
The arrest of 18-year-old also apply to a previous assault in the same district as he suspected.
