Two to hospital after the collision: ”is Fronted in the 90” – Aftonbladet

Two people have been hospitalized after a frontal collision between two cars outside the Åseda.

the Accident happened shortly after 21.30 on Saturday night. Two cars drove straight into each other on highway 37 outside of Åseda, in the Uppvidinge municipality.

After the crash, a fire started in one of the cars and a släckningsarbete started. The people who drove the cars were alone in each car. They are reported to be injured, but it is unknown how serious the damage is. The ambulance should have brought them to the hospital.

Emergency services established early determined that the traffic comes to stand still on the spot in around two hours time.

– There is always a lot of traffic there, it is a heavy transportstråk. A Saturday night might not be as much, but some problems are to be reckoned with before it is recovered at the site, ” says Carl-Johan Berg.

According to the Swedish transport administration’s preliminary forecast it may roll as usual at 23.45. The warning by slush, and the risk of slipping on the way.
