According to prosecutors Pia Björnsson, these are about a dozen rapes, but the district court arrested then for three. Sexutnyttjandet of the person in a position of dependence should have been on many different occasions, says Björnsson.
The man is a teacher employed by the municipality of Malmö. The prosecutor would not say whether the female plaintiff is or has been his pupil, but says she is over 15 years old.
