A man in his 50s was found seriously injured in Haninge in the morning. The man’s life could not be saved and the police have now launched a preliminary investigation of murder, or manslaughter.
At five o’clock in the morning, police received an alarm that a man was seriously injured in a residence in Vendelsö Haninge outside Stockholm. Ambulance called to the scene, but despite strenuous attempts went the man’s life can not be saved.
– Two more people were in the residence, it was also one of those who alerted the SOS, said Dan Tryborn , duty officer at the police South.
These two people were taken in for questioning, but was in the morning not notified of suspected crimes.
– We have launched a preliminary investigation of murder, alternatively murder. It is still unclear what happened. It’s what we’re investigating now, says Tryborn.
The place is cordoned off and police have begun a technical examination of the apartment.
