15-year-old girl convicted – threatened police officers with guns – Sveriges Radio

The incident occurred when the police would take care of some young people in Vanersborg on the run from a juvenile home.

The young people were in a caravan when the police struck. Inside the caravan took the girl up the gun and aimed it at a policeman who was there.

Police said during the trial that he was convinced that the girl was going to shoot, and he threw himself headlong through the open door of the caravan.

The girl then came by and then turned the gun on the other policemen. She also said several times that she would shoot.

– The weapon was not loaded at the time, but the police did not have a clue about it, prosecutor Thomas Willén said to P4 West .

the girl must also pay damages to three of the police officers, a policeman gets 15 000 and the other two SEK 10 000.

One of the officers may not damages, partly because the police could take cover behind a police car and even draw his service weapon.

The court writes in judgment that he was exposed to sheep, although there are also serious, is considered to be within the scope of his service.

The girl convicted of weapons offenses, drug offenses, threats against the officer and the promotion of the run.
