Alliance parties have all launched proposals for simpler jobs with lower pay for work to open the market for new arrivals. Moderates call the first job-employment, where the employee gets 75 percent of their salary for up to 18 months. The work will be combined with obetala studies the rest of the time. The Christian Democrats have a similar proposal, known as introduktisanställningar, with 75 percent of salary but without studies.
The Centre Party and the Liberals have gone further and threatened legislation unless social partners agree on specific agreements for new arrivals with lower starting salaries. The Centre Party’s proposal for entry level positions speaks of “significantly lower starting salaries than today”, combined with lower income taxes and reduced payroll. Liberals Party leader Jan Björklund has said that the party’s proposal on the starting job to give employees a salary of between 14 000 and 16 000 per month and free the employer from the employer.
The threat of Legislation, however, has encountered resistance from moderate elsewhere .
– A moderate-led government will not reduce salaries, said party leader Anna Kinberg Batra recently.
