Several municipalities are calling for changes to the reception of refugees. The state does not provide a sufficient basis for the "smooth host, quick establishment and strong integration," writes the four moderate councillor on DN Debate, and lists the nine points with the proposal.
Among other things, they want local authorities to be given the opportunity to take both responsibility and resources from the employment service, in respect of establishment and training.
Kommunalråden also want asylum seekers to be able to work from first day, and that it shall be a requirement of participation in the social – and introduction to language. They also feel that the retrospection in the parental, which right now is 90 days, shall be completely removed and that the parental leave shall take part in the teaching.
