A Swedish elite athlete is arrested – on suspicion of child pornography and offensive shooting.
The man has several championship credentials.
The offensive photographs suspected he was taking in connection with his involvement as a coach for girls.
Police and prosecutors are still very reticent about the investigation against landslagsmannen and girls’ coach.
but, according to prosecutors Martin Westling is the man who is in their 30s, arrested on suspicion of insulting photography and child pornography.

• Since 2010, suspected he may have been guilty of child pornography on several occasions.
• Since 2013 suspected he have taken pictures that are classified as “insulting photography”.
According to to Aftonbladet, it was during a national team gathering recently as leaders discovered a camera hidden in the girls’ locker room. On the camera were materials that were the leaders to take action.
The camera could be linked to the now arrested the man – and he admits that it is his camera.
The man, besides his own sporting career , active in a sports club as coach, and offensive images, he is suspected of having taken, he has taken on different training facilities.
the investigation is now proceeding, and the prosecutor will soon decide whether the suspect should be requested in custody .
– the investigation is in its early stages and there remain several important investigative measures. I therefore can not currently provide any further information on the case, said prosecutor Martin Westling.
The suspect has been defender Per Jansson as a public defender.
– I have no comments to make he says.
