The writers stands critical of the government’s proposal for a new remuneration system, which is out for consultation, and considers it unrealistic to expect it to come into force January 1, 2017 .
“We believe that municipalities need long lead time,” they write, making assessment of new remuneration earliest entry into force January 1, 2018.
