About half of the approximately 5 000 social workers who answered a questionnaire about their work situation think that management is not acting as if it were anxious to retain its staff.
It shows a new study from the unions SSR and Vision, writes Dagens Nyheter.
Around 15 500 was asked last fall to two-thirds of the respondents believe that they very often or often do not have time to make a good enough job because of time pressure.
