The proposal means a reduction in the daily allowance from 1900 SEK to 1350 SEK per child and youth aged 8 to 17 years, from 1900 to SEK 750 per young aged 18 to 20 years. This means new opportunities for municipalities, writes representatives.
The writers stands critical of the government’s proposal for a new remuneration system, which is out for consultation, and considers it unrealistic to expect it to come into force January 1, 2017 .
“We believe that municipalities need long lead time,” they write, making assessment of new remuneration earliest entry into force January 1, 2018.
