Moderate became “dark red” April 1

                  2015-04-01 03:45

Under the heading astonishing revelation writes Gavle magazine Arbetarbladet to Councilman, and the ardent twittraren Lars Beckman (M) come out as art projects . At the same time his twitter account in the grave.

I am dark red, says Beckman itself according to the newspaper.

Beckman explains “exclusively for Arbetarbladet”, a newspaper that is otherwise often the subject for Beckman’s twittering, he now decided to tell the truth

My political career is an art project. Self keeps me rather to the left on the political map ……

Nope to the nude beach

But there is (of course) is not the only notable of which is reported from Sweden’s local media this the first day of the fourth month.

Halland News writes, for example, if an investigation is expected to propose that the three nudist beaches in central Varberg be abolished. It is because they are not in line with the municipality’s Vision 2025, “there will no longer be free to stroll around in just the brass”, the paper said. “We remove the ban and pointers”, notes the officer on community development office.

And on Gotland happens that stuff. For years, a heated debate about parking fees in Visby going on. But now puts technology management foot down, according to Gotland Allehanda, and suggests parking charges across the island.

Why should people in the country have to park anyway, when you do not get to do it in Visby, says the investigator behind the proposal.

“Incomprehensible”

Sometimes it dissolves things all by itself. The wind turbines at Gässlingegrundet has long been struggling and therefore been the scourge of Karlstad and Hammarö municipalities. But now one of the works disappeared, reports Värmland Folkblad. Seemingly without a trace. Vips away.

It is completely incomprehensible, says Wind Farm Vänern president told the newspaper.

Katrineholm seems 300 villa accommodation local residents have pulled a winning ticket. At least if they can rhyme ….

It is what the new telecom company Fibrosolutions require that the reasonable price of a crown pull fiber (broadband) to the villa.

In one day we offer house customers fiber broadband for a crown, says Fibrosolutions Marketing Avril Primerio to Katrineholms Courier. The condition is that the homeowner faxing your name, address, property description and justification, preferably in rhyme, to why you want the fiber for a crown.

“Gherkin” takes over

In Norrtälje maybe loyal fans of the series moose Helgi puts breakfast coffee into his windpipe. Norrtelje Journal (NT), have decided to replace Helgi with the new series “Gherkin”.

Nowadays pushed the NT in Västerås, the so-called “gurkstaden”. So there is a logic to bring in the series “Gherkin”, says newspaper boss Matthew Carlson.

Children’s screen-independent: “An hour a day is enough” – Swedish newspaper Svenska Dagbladet

Hugo Lagercrantz, former chief physician at the neonatal unit at the Astrid Lindgren Children’s Hospital, sees a frightening development in children’s diligent use of tablets and smart phones.

– In the pre-school age should be a limitation of 1-2 hours a day. Children may also become myopic, he says to P1 morning.

He points out that there is too little research on the area to draw firm conclusions, but believes that children under 2 years are not at all going to look at screens when, among other things, threaten to impair language development.

Ulrika Hult is a child psychologist in Malmö. Any advice about banning screens for small children she does not want to encourage:

– How low down the ages, I find it not as a problem. But it is true that the senses are developing very up to preschool age. Even the sight. The individual creates his self-image and their thinking. There is every reason for parents to be careful, says Ulrika Hult told SvD.

In contrast, she agrees that excessive screen usage can create problems:

– I notice that teachers may add more and more time to catch children’s attention. Most of screen behavior is shortsighted. It will happen in 20 seconds. It will not be so interesting to seek knowledge or listening to an adult, says Ulrika Hult.

She notes other consequences of the widespread screen viewing.

– If you look at a screen, there is movement in general not. There is evidence that the brain performs better after physical activity, says Ulrika Hult.

There is concern that a dependency:

– The risk is that you opt out of school and leisure, says Ulrika Hult .

Agneta Berntsson, Head of Unit at the Sahlgrenska University Hospital barnlogopedi, told SvD that she had not seen any deterioration in their children’s reading comprehension and language development:

– We can not reverse the trend. There are good “apps”. But I think any hour of the day when the screen may be enough for a child. There is a need for interaction. The linguistic development is stimulated best when it takes place between several people, says Agneta Berntsson to SvD.

Elza Dunkels, researchers at the Department of Applied Educational Science at Umeå University, have no understanding of the requirements for the limitation of screen use for children:

– There is a excessive worry that I recognize from other technology transitions. And that is not based in fact research. Sure, let’s talk about it, but without feelings and values, she says to P1 morning.

14 unsolved murders since 2011 – Gothenburg Post

The results to date of the conflicts between and within the territorial gangs in Gothenburg is that 14 men had been murdered.

In no single one of these cases, the culprit been convicted.

Answers are hardly uplifting for the police. Rather slightly embarrassing. 14 deceased in armed clashes between criminal networks in the city’s suburbs. Most young people.

Yet no one punished.

Former head of the county police, Sven Alhbin, admitted in a farewell interview that this approach should be considered a failure.

– And I agree. For me, every unsolved murder, regardless of the victim, a setback, says Klas Friberg, regional chief of police in Västra Götaland and Halland.

Police believe they have a good idea of which at least half of these offenders are. But the evidence does not hold in a courtroom.

– The prevailing culture of silence means that, unfortunately, we rarely come up short. We often get into lots of good tips. When it is a question of giving evidence before a court, it stops, says Friberg.

0-14, there are figures for successful homicide investigations among the local neighborhood gangs. Have you thought of it somewhere hiding a hidden method error in your work?

– Yes, and we find no such thing. We have really invested everything here. After the double murder of Väderilsgatan 2013, for example, we conducted 500 interviews and 1,300 knocking doors.

Statistically, it should well be a hundred individuals who could provide crucial information in these cases?

– Exactly how many, I do not know. However, I am convinced that there are people who can lead us to convictions, respond Klas Friberg.

“We-Golar-not-mentality”, according to regional police chief, has gone so far that criminals will admitted to hospital with a bullet hole straight through the stomach, refusing to admit that they ever been fired.

Friberg is additionally extremely annoyed with Professor Leif GW Persson’s statement Weekly Crime, about Gothenburg police are not working as intensively to solve murder in the criminal world compared to eventual murder in Örgryte, Långedrag, Torslanda or Hovås.

– It is a regrettable and ignorant description, with my staff to feel offended and depressed.

He also points out carefully that an unresolved crime is not identical to a disused and forgotten, it still burns a flame of hope in a number of preliminary investigations.

assault, weapons and drug offenses, performed by members of the territorial networks, has led to a large number of imprisonment. When it comes to the grossest of all violent crimes, so arises, however, insurmountable obstacles.

Klas Friberg has a few concrete proposals to facilitate future prosecution for murder in gang circles:

– The introduction of witnesses and also of anonymous witnesses, it must now be properly investigated. I have previously met with Assistant US Attorney. And he said, “I do not understand how you can combat serious organized crime without witnesses. It is our single biggest factor for success.”

Increased police numeraire in violence-affected neighborhoods, expanded work with potential defectors and informers, harder utilization of such called coercive (telephone or bugging) is other emergency measures.

Meanwhile growing list of red names of Criminal Investigation bulletin board.
