Police and the military are looking for missing man – Göteborgs-Posten

It was on Wednesday that the 76-year-old man was reported missing, and it was a home help who first noticed that he was not at his home. The police then began the search in the area around his home, but did not find the man. The search has continued since then, with no luck.

The police have been in contact with public transport, taxis and medical care without result. Even the local radio has been involved and urged the public to come in with tips.

– We have used all our usual path, but did not find him, so now we need the public’s tip, said police spokesman Stefan Gustafsson .

The 76-year-old man is said to be about 179 cm long, have slim body building and weigh around 75-80 kg. He should have thick gray hair, gray beard and probably be dressed in red and gray cardigan and boots.

– He usually uses a walker, but it is currently still in the home, says Stefan Gustafsson.
