Ylva Johansson (S): All municipalities should take against refugees – Aftonbladet

The government has been lying low while the Alliance parties’ integration proposal was arriving.

Now give the responsible Minister in the debate:

– Should Sweden cope with a so big commitment that we now face, we need to achieve a more even distribution between municipalities, says Ylva Johansson.

FP, C and KD have the latest the time has come with several notable inclusion proposed since the Migration Board’s forecast indicated that more people will seek asylum in Sweden in the coming years.

Meanwhile, the government has kept a low profile on the issue.

“The distribution is unreasonable”

But now gives the Labour Minister Ylva Johansson, integration into the debate. In an interview with Sydsvenskan she says that the government sketches on a proposal which municipalities should be forced to take against asylum seekers.

– The distribution is unreasonable. We need to make changes in the law for everyone to take responsibility, she tells the magazine.

She also open to changes concerning the law on independent living, ebo Act. The government has not decided on the matter but to Sydsvenskan says Ylva Johansson that she is in favor of a similar proposal that the KD previously added. That is to say that the grant should be abolished for asylum seekers who arrange their own accommodation instead of the Migration Board.

“Seeing that it does not work”

– Ebo is a tremendous problem in some municipalities. Malmö is one, Sodertalje another. I see that it does not work. Ebo needs to change, she says to Sydsvenskan.

She also wants to shorten the time it takes for an applicant to get a job in Sweden. From the current six to eight years she believes it to go to meet in two years.

In the interview, she comments also thinking found in the debate on Sweden taking too much responsibility in relationships to other EU countries . Ylva Johansson says to Sydsvenskan that she also wants to see it, but that it should not be accomplished by making it difficult or worse for those who want to come to Sweden.
