Michelin drove past Uppsala – UNT

Michelin drove past Uppsala – UNT

The biggest news was that Malmö will be the first Swedish city to take place in the Michelin Guide in addition to Stockholm and Gothenburg. It was clear when the world’s largest restaurant guide on Thursday released its Michelin guide Nordic Cities 2015th

There were not any stars Uppsala, sorry to get so clearly say local patriot who you are. But in truth, it was probably no one in the Matsverige who expected it.

Asked about the guide’s anonymous inspectors have even been to Uppsala and tested taverns here, I get the avoidance response of Michelin’s press person: “We’re doing the whole time researching our Michelin Guide, and how we can develop it. However, I can not answer where we have been and not been.”

In total, Sweden 21 stars, spread over 18 pieces of restaurants in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö.

In addition to Malmö’s entrance, with the three taverns Ambiance à Wind Åkra, Bloom in the Park and Vollmer, so was well the most exciting to Oaxen tavern got its second star, and thus takes stepping up to the same level as Frantzén and Mathias Dahlgren dining room. Something that certainly existed in the target image for Magnus Ek and Agneta Green, when they moved their business from the light inaccessible island Oaxen to Djurgården in Stockholm.
