From 1 April, the police are entitled to keep a register of persons who may not go to sporting events, so-called access order, according to a parliamentary decision.
The information to be registered, for example, name , photography, scale, and violations of the ban.
The police will also be allowed to photograph people who have access order, or likely get it. Sports organizations should be able to access the registry if it is needed to detect or prevent crime against a ban.
