Today, the Court of Appeal verdict against 30-year-old former intern at a kindergarten in Borås in December was sentenced to two years in prison for among other grave sexual abuse of children.
The abuse was directed against three children aged three to six years. In its appeal, claiming the man that he is innocent of three of the four crimes he is accused of, and that the district court erred evidence.
The 30-year-old was convicted of aggravated sexual abuse, aggravated abuse of children for sexual posing, sexual assault and attempted aggravated child abuse.
He admits only posing the crime but believes that it should not be considered to be aggravated.
The man has through his lawyer also argued that the forensic psychiatric survey conducted showed no indications of pedophilia.
