The man who in December last year was convicted of sexual abuse against children in a kindergarten in Boras, has had his sentence reduced from two to one year and six months imprisonment by the Court of Appeal.
The day came Court of Appeal verdict against 30-year-old former intern at a kindergarten in Borås in December was sentenced to two years in prison.
The man was convicted in the District Court for aggravated sexual abuse of a child, aggravated untnyttjande of children for sexual posing, sexual assault and attempted aggravated sexual abuse of children.

Recognizing posing crime
The abuse was directed against three children aged three to six years. The offender has denied the offense and only recognized posing offense.
In his appeal to the Court of Appeals claimed the man that he is innocent of the other three crimes and accused the district court for having made an error of fact.
The man has through his lawyer also argued that the forensic psychiatric study conducted showed no indications of pedophilia.
