The three-day negotiations of the sex crimes accused priest from Uppsala ended at Svea Court of Appeal on Thursday. The priest, who previously sentenced to 2.5 years in prison by the Uppsala District Court for the rape of a 14-year-old confirmation, had appealed to the Court of Appeal. The priest thought that he would not be convicted of child rape, but for sexual exploitation of children and that the prison sentence would be shortened significantly or dropped altogether. The priest believes that confirmand been featured on the sexual activities that occurred.
