The accident took place at half-past six o’clock on Monday morning. The man tried to overtake a snow plow when he was meeting with a logging truck coming from the opposite direction. The car and timber car crashed, and 50-year-old was also hit from behind by the plow.
– They were cut loose the person out of the car, but his life could not be saved, says Catrin Hedqvist, duty officer at the police in Norrbotten .
The driver of the timber truck received minor injuries.
