Colder but less snow – Västerbotten Courier

Colder but less snow – Västerbotten Courier

All of Sweden has lower temperatures to be expected – with temperatures below freezing over the country at the beginning of next week. And the snowfall continues, especially along the northern coast and in Dalarna, during the early hours of Monday. For those areas are also Class 1 warnings issued. 15-20 inches of snow is expected.

It also blows hard along the northern coast, but on Monday, slowing both the winds and snowfall, announces Lisa Frost, a meteorologist at SMHI.

On several parts of the country roads were too slippery on Sunday, including in Västmanland and Uppland. Police reports about several avåkningar, but without serious injuries.
