Gothenburg may be forced to demolish the newly-built student housing, following a judgment in the Land and Environment Court, writes Swedish newspaper Svenska Dagbladet.
The city will rebuff of the court then 360 homes built with so-called temporary planning permission, but where two courts in succession considered that the ground works have been too extensive to homes will be called temporary.
