Frias for the attempted murder of Showan Shattak – Sveriges Radio

Attacks received much attention since the MFF profile, and anti-racist Showan Shattak received serious injuries and one of those involved was a candidate for the Nazi Party of the Swedes, who is now Disbanded.

Several people were stabbed during the attack that took place the night of March 9, 2014, shortly after a feminist rally had been completed nearby.

Alderman Anders Granholm is Chairman of the case and explains why the 29-year-old go free .

– Showan Shattak have suffered something terrible. He has been in the skull or received a blow on the head which led to a bone in the skull broken and had a stroke and it is about to find out how he got this injury. We have found that we can not find out that it has suffered by the person who has been charged with having caused the damage.

There are two people who have been indicted for the attacks in the district of Möllevången in Malmo. Overall, there has been about six counts and four injured party.

29-year-old acquitted from all charges, including attempted murder of Showan Shattak. 32-year-old gets three years in prison for two counts of aggravated assault and intends knife cuts. The right believes that the charge attempted murder disagree and have reduced it to a case of grievous bodily harm.

Alderman Anders Granholm says that the information from the plaintiffs and the defendants have been different.

Prosecutor Sofia Eilertsson Olsson during the trial plädderat to Showan Shattack and his friend were alone when they were attacked unprovoked.

During the beating, should people have joined to help and when to be 32-year-old assaulting two people with a knife or knife-like objects. The defendants have however denied the crime and said that they were attacked and acted in self-defense.
